Phoenix International Airport Car Parking
![]() Introduction Introduction There are three different kinds of parking facility at Phoenix airport: waiting areas for passenger pickups; Terminal garages for those seeking maximum convenience; and Economy lots for those seeking high value. Book ahead if possible. Even though there are more than 20,000 parking spaces available, they sometimes fill up. Off-airport parking is also available, though not dealt with on this page. In some parking facilities drivers will find Assistance Call boxes. These are wall mounted and have blue lights; to use, press the INFO button. Waiting and Pickups Stage and Go Waiting Lot When arriving early for flight passengers, drivers may wait in this lot before going to make a curbside pickup. It is located near I-10, on the western (Terminal 2) side of the airport. Drivers must stay with their cars at all times. The lot has a flight information board. Express Parking These spaces are designed for quick pickup and drop off and are charged in 20-minute increments. Located on level 4 of the Terminal 4 garage. Curbside Pickups No waiting is allowed. Drivers must stay with their cars at all times. Terminal Garages Each terminal has a garage close to it, for those who seek maximum convenience in parking. Terminal 2 Garage The garage has 2,413 spaces spread over two levels. Terminal 2 airlines include: Air Canada, Alaska Airlines, Continental, Great Lakes, and United / Ted. Terminal 3 Garage Located to the east of Terminal 3, the garage has 2,274 spaces spread over six levels. The terminal handles flights for American Airlines, Delta, Frontier, JetBlue Airways, Midwest Airlines, Northwest / KLM, and Sun Country. Terminal 4 Garage 6700 normal-clearance spaces are available, charged on an hourly basis. There are also 100 high-profile spaces. As noted above there are also Express spaces on level 4. Airlines served by the terminal include Aeromexico, ATA, British Airways, Hawaiian, Southwest, US Airways / America West, US Airways / America West Express (Mesa Airlines), WestJet. Economy Parking High value parking is available at the airport. Shuttle buses run in between the economy lots and the Terminals. West Economy Parking The lot, sometimes known as Jackrabbit, is off the I-10 highway, near to Terminal 2. East Economy Parking This lot is on the eastern side of the airport, off the Hohokam Expressway, AZ-143, and reasonably close to Terminal 4. It is divided into two sections, Gecko and Roadrunner; the latter holds two garages, A and B. Terminal 2 Garage Economy spaces are available on the roof of the garage. |
