Phoenix International Airport Ground Transportation Introduction Introduction Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport offers travelers a variety of ground transportation options, including hotel shuttle services, bus lines, taxi services, limousine services and Dial-A-Ride. Inter-Terminal BusGreen and white courtesy buses run between the various terminals and parking facilities. Rental Car ShuttleMulti-coloured buses operate between the terminals and the airport's Rental Car Center. Hotel Shuttle ServicesMany hotels and resorts provide courtesy transport for their patrons. A courtesy phone center for contacting hotels and resorts that offer guests free transportation is adjacent to the baggage claim areas at the passenger terminals. Metro Bus LinesRed Line buses join the airport with points north, east and west. Importantly, westbound buses go to downtown Phoenix, the Metrocenter mall in north Phoenix, and many other locations. Buses also stop at the Greyhound Bus Terminal. Each terminal has stops for the bus: look for the sign 'City Bus Stop'. Eastbound buses stop on the north sides of Terminal 4 and Terminal 3 and on the west side of Terminal 2. Westbound buses stop on the south sides of Terminal 4 and Terminal 3. However, they do not stop at Terminal 2: passengers need to catch an eastbound bus from Terminal 2 and change at Terminal 3. Route 13 runs east across town to Lower Buckeye Road and does stop at the Greyhound Terminal.
